Here are a couple of recipes to cure that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://brewery.org/brewery/cm3/recs/13_23.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Cock Ale&lt;/a&gt;:  I found this recipe years ago in an old cookbook in &lt;span class='ljuser ljuser-name_f00dave' lj:user='f00dave' style='white-space:nowrap'&gt;&lt;a href='http://f00dave.livejournal.com/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=91.6' alt='[info]' width='16' height='16' style='vertical-align: bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;'/&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='http://f00dave.livejournal.com/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;f00dave&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;'s uncle's basement.  I wish I'd kept the book.     <title>Tuna Twinkie Soufflé</title>

    <content type="html">&lt;i&gt;If someone makes this, please post pictures.  And video.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbl rendered chicken fat, divided&lt;br /&gt;12 Hostess Twinkies&lt;br /&gt;Salt&lt;br /&gt;White Pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp dry mustard&lt;br /&gt;4 eggs, separated&lt;br /&gt;2 cans tuna in oil, drained, reserve oil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 F.&lt;br /&gt;Grease a 7-inch soufflé dish with 1 tsp of chicken fat and 1 tsp tuna oil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise. Remove and reserve cream filling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large food processor, combine Twinkie cakes, half of the Twinkie filling, and the remaining chicken fat and tuna oil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blend until the mixture has reached the consistency of a thin batter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transfer ingredients to a medium saucepan and cook over low heat. Stir in salt, white pepper, and mustard. Remove from heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beat in egg yolks, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Fold in tuna. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold beaten egg whites into tuna mixture. Pour into greased soufflé dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake in 350 oven 40 to 45 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Top with remaining Twinkie cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve with a tossed salad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The author is Mike Nelson from Minneapolis, and the title is 'The Worst Cookbook in America'. He has been searching out the world's most god-awful recipes for 10 years.</content>

    <title>Sea Dream Salad</title>

    <content type="html">(I know you were waiting for this, since I posted the picture)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Flavorful green rings to fill with shrimp or a favorite salad&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 package (3 oz) Jell-O Lime or Lemon-Lime Gelatin&lt;br /&gt;1&amp;frac14; cups boiling water&lt;br /&gt;1 cup grated cucumber&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon vinegar&lt;br /&gt;&amp;frac34; teaspoon grated onion&lt;br /&gt;&amp;frac12; teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1½ cups finely shredded carrots&lt;br /&gt;Dash of cayenne&lt;br /&gt;1 pound shrimp, cooked and cleaned*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*or use tuna, salmon, or chicken salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dissolve  Jell-O Gelatin in boiling water.  Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp; force through sieve.  Pour into individual ring molds or a 3-cup or 1-quart ring mold.  Chill until firm.  Unmold onto salad greens.  Fill rings with shrimp.  Makes 2&amp;frac12; cups gelatin,  or 4 entrees with shrimp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cheese Dream Salad&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare Sea Dream Salad, adding &amp;frac12; cup cold water; pour only half the gelatin mixture into molds and chill until set, but not firm.  Blend remaining gelatin with 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, 1 cup diced celery, and &amp;frac14; cup sliced green pepper; pour into molds.  Chill until firm.  Omit shrimp, if desired.</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2369/2142346694_a7aaf13d2f.jpg"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Vegetable Trio&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;i&gt;A dazzling, delicious rainbow of fresh vegetables for your dinner table.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 packages (3 oz each) Jell-O Salad Gelatin -- Celery or Mixed Vegetable Flavor&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons salt&lt;br /&gt;2 cups boiling water&lt;br /&gt;2 cups cold water&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1&amp;frac12; cups finely shredded carrots&lt;br /&gt;1&amp;frac34; cups finely shredded cabbage&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon minced chives&lt;br /&gt;1&amp;frac12; cups finely chopped spinach&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dissolve Salad Gelatin and add salt in boiling water.  Add cold water and vinegar.  Chill until slightly thickened.  Divide into three portions.  Fold carrots into one portion; pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.  Chill until set, but not firm.  Fold cabbage into second portion.  Pour into pan; chill until set, but not firm.  Fold chives and spinach into remaining gelatin.  Pour into pan.  Chill until firm.  Unmold.  Slice and garnish with crisp greens.  Makes about 6 cups, or 12 side salads.</content>
